Pipes And Heads Both in the moment of the passage of melted waxes and cosmetic pastes from the melting tank to the doser, and in the dosage phase, the temperature of the material must be kept constant so as not to alter its viscosity and therefore its final yield. For this purpose both pipes and heated dosing heads are used. The use of this kind of device makes it possible to cast it even in particular space conditions, where it is necessary to take the product further away from the dispenser than a traditional system would allow, without altering the temperature and therefore the density conditions. The tubes for cosmetic materials are insulated and lined with Teflon; it is possible to provide an easily interchangeable structure, to speed up the change of the device when the color of the product changes. The dosing heads, in anodized aluminum, have armored heating elements for constant temperature heating. For both products, the heating parameters can be controlled using special electronic devices.
