Turning machine machine guard PTO 22 series

Sliding shield is designed to be placed on the head of big dimension lathe providing a stable and safe guard to the entire structure. It protects the machine from face to face contact with rotating chunks and from projected lubricant,coolant and shavings. The shield bears a light and rigid aluminium structure with four anchorage points on the top of the machine that allow it to be overhung. The shield exclusively protects both the front and rear part of the machine. The shield is made up of a suitable material than can effectively do the task of safeguarding. This system is available in different sizes starting from a Ø chuck of 800 mm to 1200 mm. Micro-switch is provided with this system to ensure safety factors. The feature and size could be adjusted on demand.
