The PLM manual light bridge equipment is a lifting system composed by supports, longitudinal rails and mobile cross rail. There are different configurations in relation to the mobile cross rail profile. For 500Kg capacity, the width can reach 8775mm, and for 1000Kg it is up to 5850mm. Regarding length, there are no limitations. The advantage of this manual light bridge system is that it provides a working area in X, Y coordinates. This means further optimization of the workspace. It is a perfect lifting system to work in any work area in the factory, that is, processing lines that require agility of movements on a wide work area with perfect working comfort for the operator. For this reason it is ideal for working in loading and unloading areas, edger machines, entrance and exit double glazing lines, CNC, laminating lines, entrance and exit of tempering furnaces, cutting tables, aluminum assembly for windows and doors, washing machines, etc. As usual, load lifting must be carried out by means of a hoist, which is not included. The installation of the PLM can be carried out in different ways depending on the existing support elements, although the most common and reliable system is the installation on the own metal columns , which fully guarantee the correct operation of the system. These columns are fixed to the pavement using chemical bolts. The default installation height is 4000mm under the hoist, although it can be customized depending on the needs in each case.
