Vegetable processing line

Built to carry out the linear transport and processing of horticultural products from the countryside. These operations are made possible thanks to the particular structure of the machine designed to facilitate the cleaning, sorting and packaging phases of the final product. Caratteristiche costruttive the line is structured as follows: • horizontal conveyor belt (1st level): used for dropped production waste by operators through collection hoppers; • horizontal conveyor belt (2nd level): used to transport the product to be sorted e to clean; • horizontal conveyor belt (3rd level): used to transport the packaged product. Composed by: • PVC mats for food use; • gearmotors; • an electrical command and control panel on board the machine complete with electrical system wiring; .the structure is in AISI 304 stainless steel, except for some mechanical parts.
