The Gear Deburring Machine TM200 chamfers and brushes spur and helical gears, shafts and pinions with diameters up to 250mm and is equipped with a rotary table with 5 workstations:
1) Loading / unloading in masked time
2) Chamfering first side
3) Chamfering second side
4) Brushing first side
5) Brushing second side
It is possible to add further stations, such as a pre-machining disk-cutter or marking stations.
This solution guarantees a very short cycle time and is easy to automate.
Tecnomacchine offers space-saving solutions with integrated automations, as for example the version with integrated basket loading system or with integrated adjustable rotary magazine.
