Description
The SFG-2120 SFG-2110 is a DDS function generator with counter, sweep and modulation. This is constructed with DDS technology and FPGA chip structure. It can operate with 0.1 Hz - 20 MHz frequency, ±20 ppm high frequency accuracy and stability, 100 mHz frequency resolution and -55dBc, 0.1Hz - 200kHz low distortion sine wave. It has built-in six-digits, 150MHz high resolution counter, INT/EXT AM/FM modulation and LIN/LOG sweep mode.
