TEC-450PM is the perfect tool for convenient and safe mounting of plates on printing cylinders. High-precision control with an advanced camera and LED lighting system ensures that the polymer is correctly positioned and aligned. Main Features: 1. The flat table structure allows for precise plate placement. 2. Video cameras are mounted beneath a movable table with a padded surface, providing high safety. The cameras are mounted on a high-precision linear bearing and are moved to different registration mark positions (plates of different widths) by a lever located on the front of the machine. A dual-channel processor links camera images and cross-overs and transmits them to a 19" split-screen monitor with high contrast and sharp images. (1300,000 pixel HD camera and 50x optical zoom lens) 3. The up/down printing roller is controlled by an air cylinder, which is more efficient and faster. 4. Moving the table to mount the plate can be done in a few seconds. It is much faster than a traditional plate mounter. (There is rubber on the platform to protect the plate.) The table can be adjusted in 6 directions. Fore/aft and left/right adjustments use a linear guide rail + ball screw + handle. 5. Camera movement uses a linear guide rail + ball screw + handle and can be controlled separately.
