Our solid frame design incorporates a 3" expandable roll position on the same workbench, saving space and making it very easy to move and reposition in the factory thanks to its stable and compact design. Starting from a die-cut roll, we make the lateral cuts and the necessary divisions to fold the material using a touchscreen control and a servo-motorized system, referenced by brand, which allows us to easily change the fold length. The elevator system at the exit allows the folded package to quickly descend to the storage area, allowing the number of folded sheets to be varied using its counter.
