Overview
The AIH03ZPFC is a board‑mount, contact‑cooled half‑brick power factor correction (PFC) module intended for industrial, medical, defense and telecommunications power systems that require high efficiency, compact size and strong thermal performance. The module provides a regulated, non‑isolated 390 VDC output, up to 1100 W output power and peak efficiency up to 97.3%. Integrated features include internal inrush current limiting, digital PMBus® control and monitoring, auxiliary power for external housekeeping and variants for enable polarity.
