Sludge dryer TEKNOBAG®-DRAIMAD®

The TEKNOBAG®-DRAIMAD® unit is proposition by TEKNOFANGHI for dewatering the sludge generated by compact W.W.T.P. Adding to this, it is able to dewater in bags and saves the sludge regardless of the nature. The core of the system is the first filtration bag TEKNOBAG®-DRAIMAD®, which makes it possible to achieve 15 to 30% dry solid content in a short period of a few hours and 50 to 80% after storage and drying. The perfect control of this system depends on exclusive component that is crafted from AISI 304 stainless steep and is forecasted to optimize the filling of the bags and to ease all movable functions. In order to cater to all the essentials of the W.W.T.P, the modules can be had in several variants starting from the two bag manual modules up to 12 bag automatic ones complete with pressurized dewatering. The biggest module is able to treat a maximum of 20m³ sludge per day depending on the sludge.
