Automatic rotary filling machine for cups and cones in one file. Mechanical capacity : 25/67 strokes per minute. A large 700 mm diameter stainless steel rotary plate to enable easy access to the 12 work stations available. These offer a wide choice of options for those available for cups, cones, containers, and tubs having a maximum diameter of 110 mm. The basic machine is entirely made of stainless steel. The rotary plate is made of a single piece of metal and its smooth activation is ensured by a speed-controller and a lifelong lubricated indexing drive. All basic machine movements are mechanically synchronised by means of cams, while secondary movements are pneumatically activated. The standard machine is furnished with a set of ring nuts for the cups format and a set of ring nuts for the cones format. It is composed of the following stations: - Cups positioning - Cones positioning - Cone paper calibration - Chocolate spraying - 1-2 colour ice cream dosing - Chocolate topping dosing - Dry topping distribution - Lid positioning - Lid sealing/crimping - Final product ejection
