The RSZ line includes a range of extruders with a screw diameter from 35 to 120 mm and an L/D 1:25 or L/D 1:30 ratio based on the type of material. A degassing version is also available, which requires a longer extrusion screw, L/D 1:33. • The extruder structure is made with a base in arc-welded steel plates and profiles. • The extrusion screw is made with a specific profile based on the material to be processed. It can be thermostat ready. • The extrusion section is divided into independent thermo-regulation zones with heating through electrical collar heating elements and cooling with electric fans. • Stainless steel cylinder protection with insulated casings for each zone • Cylinder, helical and straight-toothed reduction units in case-hardened and tempered steel, ground teeth. • Direct motor-reduction unit transmission. • AC motor • Water-cooled supply section with manual adjustment valve. • Stainless steel hopper on a three-position slide. • Control panel
