Description

The brakes of the P series are direct current brakes. They were born as parking brakes. However, the dynamic braking of the driven part is guaranteed below a permissible rotation limit value for the brake type (see Section "Brake selection"). Main features of the P series brake are: - Maximum silence in interventions and operation ( <70dB - Economical due to its simple assembly; - Good heat dissipation. The quality of the materials and the particular mechanical structure allows it a high dissipation value; - The coil of the electromagnet is completely cemented with epoxy resin, unless otherwise specified; - The mechanical parts are protected by zinc plating; - Wide range of applications. In fact, the brake can be applied to any type of normalized motor without the use of special equipment and special parts. In addition, the particular construction technique allows it to operate in any position including the vertical one; - cCSAus n° 70043342 All operating characteristics. Excitation and de-energization times, as well as functionality in insulation class F and functional class S1, are guaranteed only with the use of rectifiers produced by Temporiti Srl, for all DC brakes in this site.
