The MT series is manufactured by Mts Sensor, and is an analog redundant, non-contact position sensor that is ideal for use in mobile hydraulics and other safety sensitive applications. The unit has a rated EMI immunity of 100 V/m, and it is sealed and embedded inside a cylinder to guarantee a long service life. The MT series has a rated linearity tolerance of < 0,04% at full scale together with a rated hystersis of ± 0.1 mm. It operates with a power supply of either 12 V DC or 24 V DC, and it has either a current or voltage direct analog displacement output. The series has a shock rating of 100 g according to IEC 68-2-6 standards.
