Description

Overview
Milltronics MUS is a modular-designed, medium- to heavy-duty belt scale for process indication. Idler not included with belt scale.

Classification
Function: Measurement
Type: Detection
Technology: Belt

Application
Milltronics MUS handles materials such as aggregates, sand and minerals, providing continuous in-line weighing at minimal cost. With no cross bridge, the unit fits most conveyor widths and standard idlers, reducing product build-up. Its construction and straightforward assembly enable fast delivery and deployment. For operations that move scales between conveyors, MUS offers flexible mobility. Operating with Milltronics BW500, SIWAREX WT241, WP241 or FTC microprocessor-based integrators, the MUS supplies flow rate, total weight, belt load and belt speed indication. A speed sensor monitors conveyor belt speed for integrator input.

Benefits
  • Modular design
  • Simple installation
  • Low cost
  • Easy retrofit and mobility
