Description
The bench is used to detect surface porosity in the machined areas by means of artificial vision systems.
The upper and lower flat surfaces and the inside of the valve seats are analysed using boroscopic systems.
The post processing of the images is used to determine both the size and the concentration of porosity and to discriminate the OK-NOK pieces in accordance with the main international regulations (e.g. ISO 10049).
The bench is suitable for use in robotic cells with a high production rate.
