Description
Electrical Insulation Glass Tape (Open Weave): our electrical insulation glass tape is constructed from an open weave of E glass yarns. It is economical whilst providing high tensile strength.
The tape is supplied in loomstate with the organic size treatment restricted to the minimum necessary to lubricate the yarns and minimise filamentation. It exhibits the degree of chemical and temperature resistance associated with on-alkali glass and has a maximum temperature resistance of 500°C.
