Thayer Scale’s WeighPoint® Integrator is a dual-processor, panel-mount weighing integrator with an 8-inch color touchscreen HMI designed for continuous operation in harsh industrial environments. Its modular architecture supports flexible installation planning and remote operator access via PC or mobile device. Communication options include MODBUS/TCP, Ethernet/IP and Profinet. A field-mounted scale module provides high-resolution digitizing of load and speed and links to the main module via CANBus to preserve data fidelity. The dual-processor main unit separates display rendering from real-time control tasks for stable operation. The system is intended for conveyor and belt-weighing applications and integrates with Thayer Scale’s RF belt scales and weigh belt feeders for optimized weighing performance.
