Description

Areas of application Great at cutting small Whether aluminium, copper cables, plastics or the recycling of tyres - the CM Cutting Mill gets everything small. The CM Cutting Mill is the perfect secondary shredder for: Pre-shredded pipes Profiles Bumpers Injection moulding waste Punched mesh Copper cable Rubber granulate etc. Advantages Compact machine with small footprint Versatile due to the use of sieves with different hole diameters Easy adjustment of the rotor and stator blades with a gauge Low costs for wearing parts due to long service life of the cutting blades Short set-up times when changing the blades due to blade pre-adjustment Reliable separation of the rotor shaft from the material to be shredded Robust and stable: 5,5 t machine weight Material Fractions Sorting accuracy of aluminium and copper fractions Rubber , plastic granulate with grain sizes smaller than 4 mm Cuts the large down to size No alternative for perfect secondary shredding When it comes to small grain sizes, the CM Cutting Mill from THM is a giant. By means of wear-resistant rotor and cutting blades, this secondary shredder grinds the material to be ground until the granulate is of the desired size. The user determines the fineness of the granulate by selecting a defined sieve. The granulate is collected in a trough underneath the machine and discharged pneumatically or by screw conveyor.
