The arm base, rotary hook base and needle bar case are selfdeveloped and produced with aluminum alloy CNC processing and special surface treatment, ensuring the accuracy of size and the stability of quality, precise and durable. 5. Machine stand is made of high-quality steel, with high rigidity, welded in the horizontal platform, one-time cut and shaped by the super-large gantry milling machine, and the double-beam structure is precise and firm. 6. Machine table is processed by CNC machining center at one time, with high strength and wear resistance, and good flatness. 7.Wide transmission linear guide, low noise and long life. 8. The new type of upper thread clips and guiding tubes, independent wiring, smoother thread path and lower thread breakage rate. 9. Lubricatable rotary hook shaft , its double bearing structure is more reliable.
