Mighty-Mild® The high-gravitational barrel finishing machine Only Tipton's finishers have 40G mass finishing capability ✓Features Mighty-Mild® has improved on the conventional centrifugal flow and discovered an innovative low-speed high-pressure flow method. Thanks to the independent control of two drive motors, the machine can simultaneously double the revolutions (orbital axis) decrease rotations (planetary axis) down to 1/4 or less. This new method reduces the risk of impingement and scratches on workpiece surfaces and reduces the operation time. Mighty-Mild is also equipped with user-friendly interface: easy setup for multi-step operation with independent drive motor, speed & timer control. Each operation condition can be saved in the memory. It features: •Option for Ethernet port to connect machinery for M2M communication: for sharing polishing conditions ("recipes") with multiple machines. •Option for Barcode scanner: easy-operations and parameter programming (a Poka-yoke/ FP system) with multi-step operation data recall. ✓Advantages •Best recommendation for small and fragile workpieces e.g. MLCC, neodymium magnet and small gear. •400% more efficient than centrifugal methods (CBF) with 60% to 70% shorter processing times. •With its innovative low-speed high-pressure flow, abrasive media gets into inner corners and edges. •From 25% to 75% smaller wear for ceramic abrasive media; for more economical running costs and a smaller carbon footprint. •Its trademark flow brings minimum impingement and chamfering on workpiece surface. •Its front touch panel, barrel tub with ergonomic grip, clamping bar makes it easy to use. The operator does not require any extra tools.
