Semi-automatic electrohydraulic double column band saw machine for metal dedicated for straight cuts. Two columns, stand and crossbar create a closed frame, which ensures perfect rigidity and therefore accurate and fine cut while using maximal technological conditions. saw blade [mm] 3660 × 27 × 0,9 motor [kW] 1,65 cutting speed [m/min 16–73 weight [kg] 780 dimensions [mm] 1800 × 1140 × 1650 HYDRAULIC BLADE TENSIONING It enables accurate and easy tensioning of saw blade. Accurate tensioning is important for quality of cut and life time of saw blade. HYDRAULIC BUNDLE CLAMPING It enables clamping of material while cutting of bundle. It ensures reliable clamping by means of hydraulically controlled vertical vice working in a cycle with the whole machine. VARIABLE VICE PRESSURE It enables to regulate power of clamping while cutting of thin wall profiles. It helps to avoid deformation of material being cut and secures an accurate cut. MICRO SPRAY COOLANT SYSTEM It creates oil mist, which is injected into area of cut. It does replace common cooling fluid especially in case of sectional material cutting, where cooling fluid may leak out of the machine. MOTORIZED BRUSH FOR CHIPS Steel brush driven by industrial motor with a worm gearbox. It enables to remove chips from saw blade after the cut. SECOND FIXED VICE It secures by clamping a material being cut off.
