The fully automatic palletizer for sacks. Products coming from the production are appropriately spaced oriented and grouped in successive layers, according to the program set. The pallet is composed layer by layer. The mechanical management is regulated by an inverter to guarantee maximum control of the process. The motorized side and front pressers allow adjustment from the operator panel for a quick and easy format change. The entire work area is protected by perimeter protections and access doors, equipped with safety sensors. A general electric control panel with integrated logic managed by PLC allows to manage and control all the movements of the machine, with the aim of guaranteeing the proper functioning, the integrity of the products and the safety of the operators. User managed all process by user friendly HMI panel.
