Description

These attractive doors are designed for high use applications and are available in single slide or center parting configurations. Model 61000 provides a clean appearance and ensures a positive seal when the door is closed by utilizing perimeter casings and panel mounting gasketing. Applications include pharmaceutical processing plants, electronic manufacturing facilities, hospitals and commercial buildings. FEATURES CONSTRUCTION Door Panel – Panels are constructed with 18 gauge cold rolled face sheets bonded to Kraft honeycomb core and 18 gauge interior channels. Optional cores include fiberglass and urethane. Door Finish – Panel surface is prime painted with a high quality gray rust resistant paint. Optional finishes include galvanized with prime paint or stainless steel. Capping Channels – Panels are assembled with 14 gauge capping channel and 10 gauge bottom guide roller channel. Pull handles – Flush pull handles on both sides permit easy manual operation. Track Hardware – The 61000 utilize the TEP track system for easy installation and years of trouble free service. Trackhood – The standard trackhood is 18 gauge carbon steel prime painted with a high quality gray rust resistant paint. Optional Mortised Lock – Offers a finished look with casual security and allows the door to unlock from either side. Optional Vision Panels – 1/4” thick plexiglass vision panel provides clear visibility.
