Light and very flexible even at low temperatures, with excellent abrasion resistance due to its external spiral reinforcement. The smooth interior ensures low flow resistance and avoids the creation of build-up zones. The Spirabel® MDSE Performance hose is particularly adapted for emptying and draining work. FITTINGS Guillemin or Storz symmetrical connectors, cam or universal joint connectors – Fixings with single-thread or spiral collars (SERFLEX). Crimping and band collars are not recommended as they do not ensure a perfect leak- proof connection and increase the risk of the spiral being crushed and breaking. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE See industrial catalogue, table pages 106 to 109 column A. WARNING For transfer of oil we recommend the use of SPIRABEL® MDSO. Spiral hoses in general have an elongation under pressure that can be important when temperature is above 40°C. This has to be considered before installation.
