Description

Overview
The TruLaser Cell 8030 is a high-end 3D laser cutting machine designed for hot-formed components. Available in standard and large variants, it can be configured for cutting door rings and complete side sections or for producing single parts and segments. Optimised design details and new developments improve production reliability and throughput; options such as Smart Approach, Dynamic Level 3 and X-Blast increase process efficiency and profitability.

Compact footprint
The machine offers a compact, ergonomic layout. The rotary table is accessible from the front and sides and the overall layout can be adapted to hall and production requirements for efficient material flow.

X-Blast Nozzle Technology
The X-Blast nozzle provides up to twice the effective bandwidth compared with standard nozzles, increasing working distance, reducing nozzle collisions and improving process stability and component quality.

Dynamic Level 3
Dynamic Level 3 increases acceleration for faster approach and traverse motions. For complex components, cycle times can be reduced by up to about 7% depending on the application.

Software
TruTops Cell supports convenient 3D process programming (cutting, welding, metal deposition). It imports and corrects 3D CAD data, generates automatic cutting proposals in three dimensions and suggests suitable fixtures and devices.
