Overview
The TruLaser Tube 7000 is an industrial laser tube cutting machine for large tubes and profiles. It processes round tubes up to 273 mm outside diameter, rectangular profiles with an outer circle up to 290 mm and square tubes up to 203 x 203 mm. Available laser options (TruFiber 6001 / 9001) and automation modules support high-throughput production and mixed batch operation while reducing manual inspection.

  • ObserveLine Comfort: automatically checks whether slugs have fallen out of cut contours to increase process safety.
  • ObserveLine Edge: detects contours of pre-punched profiles and adapts cutting programs for reliable processing.
  • SeamLine Tube: automatic weld seam detection and alignment with parameter adaptation around seams.


Machine concept and accessibility
The open machine concept with intelligent beam protection (laser class 1) provides ergonomic access for manual, semi-automatic or crane loading. Self-centring clamping and magnetic-coupled cutting unit protect part quality and allow quick recovery after collisions.

Automation and material handling
LoadMaster Tube variants (6.5 m / 9.2 m / 12.5 m) enable automatic loading of raw material up to 12.5 m. Conveyor systems, unloading/sorting units and tube storage solutions support unattended production and flexible line integration.

Digitalisation & software
Programming Tube (3D NC programming), Oseon production management, Smart View and OPC UA interfaces enable NC programming, monitoring and integration into higher-level IT systems.
