Overview
The CalibrationLine from TRUMPF checks whether the focal position and laser power on the workpiece match configured requirements at regular, individually definable intervals. If necessary, CalibrationLine corrects focus in X, Y and Z and adjusts laser power via the TruControl control software, aligning program and reality. Measurement data are stored in a FIFO database and can be accessed or exported; selected values are available via Quality Data Storage.
