Description

A needle cage (made of engineering plastic) is inserted between the pin and bushing. After a small amount of initial wear elongation (0.03%) occurs at the start of movement, no further wear elongation occurs. The main chain is made of steel and is a cheaper chain than Bearing Bush Chain. Features - After a slight initial wear elongation (0.03%) occurs at the start of exercise, no further wear elongation occurs. - It is cheaper than NB (Standard) Series Bearing Bush Chain and offers excellent cost performance. ・Operating temperature range: -10℃ to 60℃ - RF Double pitch pitch R roller sprockets can be used. Precautions -Maximum allowable load is 40% lower than NB (Standard) Series Bearing Bush Chain specification, so please check the applied tension when replacing. When selecting sprocket specifications It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications. For Bearing Cage Chain, please use standard steel Double pitch sprockets with R roller specifications.
