Needle bearings (steel) are inserted into the bearing section, outboard roller, and guide rollers. After the initial wear elongation (0.01%) occurs, no further wear elongation occurs. The chain pitch accuracy is ±0.05mm, allowing for highly accurate positioning. The center roller at the center (bottom) of the link suppresses lateral vibration. A reference pin for attaching a jig is provided in the center (top) of the link. The main body is made of steel and has been blackened.
