The JWH (high-lead ball screw type) provides higher operations (up to 4 times) at the same input shaft rpm as the JWB type. The primary components are the high lead ball screw and precision worm gear. A high lead ball screw is used for high speed applications, and low noise is achieved by combining it with a reducer unit. Features ・Higher Operating Speed With the highly-reliable high-lead ball screw used, a maximum screw shaft speed of 7.5m/min is possible. ・Low-Noise Requires less input rpm at the drive and reducer units to run at the same speed as the JWB (ball screw type), enabling quiet jack operations. ※Self-locking is not provided, so a brake unit is required.
