This DCBL gear motor has a hypoid gear head and an orthogonal right-angle shaft for compactness.
Equipped with communication functions, it allows various controls.
Features
-Excellent speed control
The motor's built-in Hall IC detects the rotation speed and provides feedback to the driver, ensuring stable operating speed even when the load fluctuates.
-High efficiency
DCBL Hypoid Motor use a permanent magnet in the rotor, so there is no need to pass an induced current through the stator like in induction motors, and because there are no sliding parts, they achieve efficiency equivalent to IE4 at the motor stand-alone level.
High efficiency means less loss, and the motor's compact size makes the overall motor length approximately 38% smaller than an induction motor.
It also makes it possible to eliminate the need for a cooling fan, improving environmental resistance.
・Wide variable speed range
・Tenacious torque
Combined with Tsubaki's hypoid gear, it maximizes the tenacious torque inherent in a motor that does not step out.
・Wide variable speed range
The motor's rotational speed range is 100-2500 r/min, allowing for a wide range of speed changes from low to high, so this single unit can be used in devices that previously required changing the reduction ratio depending on the rotational speed.
-Built-in temperature sensor prevents burnout
A temperature sensor is built into the motor to constantly monitor the winding temperature, protecting the motor from burnout. This allows for safe use even in applications where the motor is started frequently.
