The mobile screening unit is designed on the basis of combining the inclined screen, feeding conveyor, product conveyors, return collection conveyor and return conveyor in a way that works best with each other on a chassis. The screen is fed by a conveyor with a loading chute at the very end of the frame. Product conveyors from the right and left sides and behind the sieve carry the sieved products. The material on the sieve is thrown from the system either to the previous system or to the outside by the return conveyor. EASY INSTALLATION Thanks to the hydraulic feet of the chassis, it easily reaches the desired working height. Then the working legs are mounted. Belt conveyors are transported folded for transportation. After the fixing apparatuses of the conveyors are removed, they are brought to the working position and their feet are mounted. That’s how easy it is to get the machine ready for operation.
