Description

Tertiary impact crushers are designed for crushing soft and medium hard materials into neat cubic shapes. These crushers are the perfect solution to obtain fine aggregates that are highly suitable for asphalt and concrete production. POWDER MACHINE Tertiary impact crusher should be used especially in high capacity crushing and screening plants. It is applied as an alternative to vertical shaft impact crusher (VSI) and is useful in obtaining 0-5 mm final product, namely sand. The most important difference of this equipment from VSI is that the feed material size should be medium hard stone up to 70mm. Tertiary Crushers Allow low and medium hard materials to be crushed in similar and cubic shapes. It produces fine aggregates. It is used at tertiary stage in Crushing and Screening Plants. Thanks to the double-sided pendulum and the rotor that can rotate in two directions, the fed material turns into dust. ADVANTAGES High sand producing capacity; Ability to be used as secondary impact crusher, tertiary impact crusher and sand machine; Easy and fast maintenance; Quick plate change; It has hydraulic system to open hopper; Low initial investment cost; Low operating cost HOW DO TERTIARY CRUSHERS WORK? The crushing process takes place by hitting the material with the rotor rotating at high speed towards the pendulums. Thanks to the adjustable spout, the desired size of the product can be obtained.
