Description

The Moduloo Ax battery is the most ultra-compact and lightweight modular lithium battery in its class: just 7.7 cm thick (A5, A5+ and A4+ formats ranging from 188.2 x 220 x 77 mm to 323.3 x 220 x 77 mm), making it ideal for easy integration into equipment where weight and space are critical considerations.

Its IP54-rated waterproof aluminium casing (weighing between 4.2 kg and 8.5 kg), which is shock- and vibration-resistant, incorporates a choice of customisable front panels (LCD display, handle, on/off button) as well as push-pull power connectors to facilitate integration and maintenance.

Designed and manufactured in France by TYVA Energie (Annonay), it features an intelligent BMS (LC30 BMS via SMBus or PRO BMS with CAN 2.0B and Bluetooth) and offers the optional TYVA Pyro Protection (TPP) fire protection technology.

Modular and high-performance, it delivers a nominal energy capacity of 860 Wh to 1,710 Wh (available in 14.6 V, 25.55 V or 51.1 V versions, with a continuous discharge current of up to 90 A) and allows for simplified parallel connection to tailor the runtime to your installation.

With an operating range of −20 °C to +60 °C during discharge, and certified to CE, RoHS, UN 38.3 and IEC 62619 standards for maximum safety, it is 100% reconditionable for an extended service life.

Applications: industrial robotics and AGVs/AMRs, land, air and underwater drones, light electric mobility, military equipment and portable tools.
