The PowerBox E5 portable power station (Moduloo Ex range) is the most high-performing high-power, standalone, silent, and zero-emission energy storage solution in its category. It features a robust aluminum format measuring 962 x 650 x 590 mm with a weight of 70 kg, equipped with 4 all-terrain wheels (including 2 swivel wheels with brakes), a retractable telescopic arch, and adjustable handles for easy transport on all types of terrain.
Its IP54 waterproof casing, designed to resist dust and water splashes, guarantees ultra-silent operation (< 60 dB at 1 meter). Its front panel includes a comprehensive interface: 4 x 220 VAC / 16 A outlets (up to 3.5 kW), 2 power connectors (delivering up to 5.5 kW), a circuit breaker box with integrated residual current protection, an emergency stop button, and two 6-LED displays for tracking the state of charge (SOC) and system diagnostics.
Designed and manufactured in France by TYVA Energie (Annonay), it embeds Moduloo Ax lithium battery modules (Li-ion NMC chemistry) and an intelligent BMS. It enables real-time remote monitoring via Bluetooth through the TYVA Smart Dashboard mobile application (Android/iOS) and optionally offers TYVA Pyro Protection (TPP) fireproofing technology against thermal runaway risks.
High-performing and modular, it delivers 6 kWh of nominal energy with a maximum continuous discharge power of 5.5 kW (3 kW nominal). It offers versatile charging modes (via 220 V AC mains or a dedicated solar input of 120–500 VDC / 18 A up to 5.5 kW) and allows parallel connection of up to 12 PowerBox E5 units to increase power or autonomy according to your needs.
Operating temperature range from −10 °C to +40 °C, compliant with safe transport standards (UN 3481 / UN 38.3), it advantageously replaces conventional fuel-powered generators and is 100% reconditionable thanks to TYVA Refill technology.
Applications: construction sites and civil engineering, film shoots and off-grid events, emergency and rescue operations, mobile maintenance, and power supply for isolated (off-grid) sites.
