Description

DESCRIPTION
The GALAXY is an automatic stretch film wrapper designed for packaging fresh food products placed in preformed trays. Its configuration targets high-productivity packaging centres, offering straightforward operation, easy cleaning and adaptability to a wide range of tray formats and products.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
  • Operation modes: fully automatic or manually programmable.
  • Double motor-driven coil support with automatic coil change and end-of-film detection for each coil.
  • Variable pre-stretch and folding adjustable to tray dimensions.
  • Programmable film length to minimise film consumption.
  • Automatic feeding carriage.
  • Programmable speed according to tray and product.
  • Error self-diagnosis in the control panel.
  • Centralised greasing for simplified maintenance.
  • Compatible with PVC, polyethylene, SS and polyolefin films.
  • Anticorrosive construction and easy-to-clean surfaces.

  • Pressure Sealer: additional welding band with package pressing device.
  • Output conveyors: gravity and motor-driven belts available inline, 90º and 180º.

  • Pressure sealer cooler tunnel: sealing and shrinking system for stretch-shrink films.
