We have a large number of robot-equipped CNC lathes to automatically load parts to the machine. We have capacity for working with up to 300 mm diameters. We tool with parts that we have hot-forged, saw cuts or with raw parts supplied by the client. We handle both short and medium series, as well as long series for automobiles and other sectors. We have lathe centres equipped with several motorised turrets, with 16 shafts controlled by CNC, so we can carry out any kind of work with high precision, any type of second operation for turning, such as milling, drilling, countersinking, threading, etc. so as to finish tooling the part with just one machine, despite the complexity.
