The OC Model is a crosscut bias slicer developed by Urschel. It is specifically built providing a variety of crinkle or flat bias slices. The unit is supplied with continuous operation for uninterrupted production, suitable for elongated products. It also comes with 422.3 mm diameter bias slicing wheel and accepts products up to 63.5 mm in diameter.
