The Translicer 2500 is a food slicing machine from Urschel. This machine slices various food products with good uniformity at a high production capacity. It is capable of accommodating compressible products including leafy vegetables that has an 8" diameter and firm products of up to 6-3/4". It can be acquired with hold-down top belts for an enhanced feeding assistance. The Translicer 2500 has hinged access panels that provides easy maintenance and changeover of parts. It can be availed with different interchangeable cutting wheel to generate full range of slices, shreds, and julienne cuts.
