The Comitrol® Processor Model 2100 features a large hopper capacity and a positive product feed. The machine has a 2-HP agitator and variable frequency drive screw feed which aids in the product flow. It also features an impeller motor which has a power of 30, 40 or 60 HP. This processor model is applicable for various meat applications and other functions.
