Fan clutch is a fluid clutch to adequately control rotation frequency of the fan for engine cooling. Temperature-sensitive bi-metal, which detects air temperature passing through the radiator, controls working silicone oil volume in the drive so that fan rotation frequency is kept adequately in controlled manner. It works to maintain the heat balance of the engine cooling system within a range and helps increase fuel economy and decrease fan noise, as well. The combination of our Plastic Cooling Fan with Fan clutch could offer improved cooling performance with higher reliability.
