The U/EP series axial fans are designed for ventilation and to vent stale air at temperatures of up to a maximum 50°C. These fans are used in all civil and industrial plants that need to move large volumes of air. The conveying casings are made of pressed steel sheet provided with protection net and equipped with mounting brackets which make the assembly easier. The six blades steel sheet impellers have been carefully balanced and are connected directly to the motor shaft. The special design ensures low noise and permits to invert the normal airflow, from motor to impeller, simply inverting the motor rotation and without any significant decrease in performance. The motors installed are asynchronous, three-phase or single-phase, B5, with IP55 protection, self-ventilated, designed for continuous service and are UNEL and IEC compliant.
