The DIA-SR12 set collar is a precision split collar for height adjustment and positioning in modular mechanical systems. Designed for reliable fixation and repeatable height setting, it is suitable for mono and duo modules as well as fixtures and column assemblies.

Applications
Suitable for column systems, fixtures, assembly jigs and recurring production setups where defined, repeatable height adjustment is required.

Installation
The DIA-SR12 consists of two matched halves permitting installation around an existing column. Position both halves at the required height and secure them with the two cylinder screws. A hex screw with a top nut allows fine height adjustment and readjustment without loosening the main clamp.

Materials & finishes
Manufactured from milled aluminium. Standard finish is black anodized; other anodized colours and an ESD-conductive SurTec® 650 (passivated) finish are available on request.
