The UCE03 is a three rapier weaving machine producing two identical carpets with any combination of cut pile, loop pile and flat weave effects. This cut and loop carpet weaving machine is available in 3m, 4m and 5m width, in reed densities from 320 to 500 d/m. Besides the typical cut-loop weave structure, the UCE03 is able to produce all common single, double and three rapier weave structures, but also sisal look and kilim carpets. Different types of pile yarn, count and texture can be woven in the same carpet. THE UCE03 IS ABLE TO WEAVE ANY COMBINATION OF CUT PILE, LOOP PILE AND FLAT WEAVE EFFECTS, AND THIS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF YARNS IN THE SAME CARPET.
