The SMC-II™ Automated Valve Positioner series from Veeco are accurate and automated flux controls that offer high repeatability. They can be used with Veeco Valved Crackers for precise and reliable MBE flux control via the source needle valve. Controlled by either an automated remote or a local manual control of a servo motor, the automated valve positioner can function even without supervision. Easy integration with a growth control software can also be done to provide industries with increased productivity.
