The AML273 can also be integrated into the flexible line. With the modular system and easily interchangeable attachments, you can produce a wide variety of products with just one line. The entire line is intuitively controlled from the filling machine. Investment volume and space requirements are reduced to a minimum. Changing just one attachment maximizes your flexibility. The knife plates The product shape is determined by the easily interchangeable forming nozzles and knife plates. A filling flow divider separates the mass into identical product flows and guides them to the knife plates. The desired shape is achieved by moving the knife plates towards each other. Regardless of the selected product shape, exact weight accuracy and perfect forming are guaranteed. The multi-lane outlet The standard version of the AML273 has five outputs. Depending on specific customer requirements, the number of outlets can vary from one to up to five. It is possible to change the product spacing.
