Low pressure production of formed products
The FM250 forming machine is designed to process a range of product masses into formed products. Its interchangeable forming nozzles allow for quick and easy adaptation of shape and size. The integrated grinding and separating during processing ensure maximum product safety and quality.

Filling, grinding and separating
The FM250 processes the raw material with particular care, retaining the meat fibres. The integration of a grinder with an optional automatic separation valve ensures the safe and continuous removal of hard product components such as bone particles, tendons or foreign bodies from the product. The final grinding with filling grinder technology takes place immediately before portioning and forming the product. The result is a safe product with an excellent texture and natural bite, perfect product granulation and absolute colour stability.
Forming and cutting
The forming and cutting of the products takes place in the forming nozzle of the FM250. The product shape can be flexibly adjusted by simply changing the forming nozzles (e.g. cylindrical, disc-shaped or individual desired shapes). The products are cut cleanly and accurately by weight with a knife. The products retain their shape even after the cooking process.
