Extruded silicone hose specially recommended for engine cooling and heating system applications. Suitable for water and ethylene glycol-based circuits in industrial and transport environments.

Former name
(Former Vena® Technosil Heated hose) Extruded cooling and heater hose.

Applications
Water and ethylene glycol-based engine cooling and heating system applications:

• Industrial vehicles (coaches, buses, trucks)
• Renewable energy units (cogeneration, wind power, electric systems, fuel cells)
• Railway, marine, defense and other industrial applications

Properties
Outer layer: VMQ silicone, smooth and blue.
Reinforcement: Polyester braiding.
Inner layer: VMQ silicone, smooth and blue.
Temperature range: -60°C to +180°C (-67°F / +356°F).
Manufacturing length: Standard rolls of 76.2 m (250 ft).

The material is in compliance with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and its subsequent amendments, including RoHS2 Directive 2011/65/EU and RoHS3 Directive 2015/863.
