Overview
Flame-retardant silicone hose designed for railway applications (former Vena® Sil FR-HL). Classified to EN-45545-2 and UL-94 standards and intended for heating and cooling systems in rolling stock.

Key statement
HL3 R23 & HL2 R22 per EN-45545-2 and UL-94 V0 rated; recommended for water-based cooling and liquid or air transfer systems where flammability classifications apply.

Applications

• Primarily for water cooling circuits in rail vehicles.
• Suitable for liquid or air transfer in vehicles, engines or equipment subject to fire-safety regulations.
• Designed for use under positive pressure or vacuum and for installations with constrained bend radii.
